What is MoxieJam?
MoxieJam is the industry’s first online marketplace for glamour photos and videos. MoxieJam makes it easy for models and photographers to sell their work at an affordable price directly to the public without any hassle. MoxieJam has created a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform which allows models and photographers to concentrate on what they do best – make great photos and videos!

How does the site work for photographers and models?
MoxieJam invites all glamour models (both professional and amateur), photographers and producers to sell their photos and videos via the MoxieJam website. Providers have the flexibility to select the price at which they want to sell each photoset or videoset. After the sets are reviewed by the MoxieJam team, they are published to the website and made available for sale to buyers. Providers can check the sales of their portfolio and their royalties on the site at any time.

How does the site work for buyers of digital photos and videos?
MoxieJam makes purchasing photosets and videosets simple and easy. Once Users register, they can select which sets they want to purchase, enter their credit card information and can then download the sets in zip file format. Previously purchased photosets and videosets are always able to be downloaded in the future within the Users My Account page.

There is no other website that caters to the glamour market, and none that allows the providers to sell directly to the public. MoxieJam has a simple, intuitive interface and a powerful administration area that is designed to be both easy to use and extremely functional.

ACCOUNT SET UP
Why do I need to set-up an account?
You can explore MoxieJam, search and browse pictures without setting up an account. But you can do many more fun, interactive things after you’ve set up an account, such as save your favorite models, photosets and videosets, rate the sets, create and save customized searches and email set links to your friends.

How do I set up an account?
On the homepage, click the "sign up" link in the navigation bar on the top right. You will need to enter a few basic details about yourself like your name and a valid email address. You will then receive a confirmation email in your email inbox. Click on the link provided in the email. That's it! You are now a full-fledged member of MoxieJam!

Do I need separate accounts to buy and sell images?
Yes, if you want to both a provider and a buyer, you will need to create two accounts – a User account to make purchases and a Provider account to offer sets for sale.

What do I need in order to set up a buyer account?
On the sign-up page, click "User" for the type of account. Once you have created your basic account, you will be ready to start buying sets. You will need to enter a valid credit card, such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express, at the time of purchase.

What do I need in order to set up a provider account?
On the sign-up page, click "Provider" for the type of account. You will need to enter your personal information (name/address/contact info), business information (check payable name and address), and profile information (profile name, url, biography, model stats). You will then be ready to start loading your sets for sale. It's that easy!

What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, this happens to the best of us! On the homepage, click on log-in, then lost your user name and password?. Enter the e-mail address you provided us when you signed up to MoxieJam. We will email you a link to reset your password.

BUYING & DOWNLOADING IMAGES
What are sets?
Sets are collections of photos and videos that the Provider packages together for sale on MoxieJam.com. A photoset might be 10 cell-phone pics by an amateur model, or it might be 100 photos taken by a professional photographer. A videoset similarly can be a 1 minute video clip taken on an inexpensive digital camera, or it can be a collection of professionally taken video clips that totals over 60 minutes. Sets must be comprised of photos or videos but not both.

What prices are your sets?
Prices are established by the provider. The minimum price per set is $1.00 and the maximum is $100. You can view the prices for each set on the Browse, Photos or Videos listing pages, as well as on the individual set page. You can also sort your listing by price, in either descending or ascending order.

What credit cards do you accept?
MoxieJam accepts valid Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express cards.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email of the transaction for your records. This email contains the amount charged to your credit card, the date/time of the purchase and the transaction ID. You can also view your transactions in the MyAccount section of the MoxieJam website.

My order was not accepted..why?
The only reasons your clip order will not be accepted is if your credit card company declines you or perhaps you entered your credit card information incorrectly.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. We do everything we can to make sure our photos and videos are in perfect order, but in the rare occasion that you download a defective file, please contact us and our customer service representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue.
Any billing errors will be taken care of immediately. Please contact us if you have any billing questions or issues.

How much time do I have to download my clip?
Your clips will be available for download indefinitely as long as your account remains active and in good standing with MoxieJam. Purchased sets are available for download within the My Account section of the MoxieJam website.

What format are the video clips?
Each provider has there own clips that they sell. It's up to them to choose what format they want their clips to be sold in. The clips we offer are MPG, WMV, MOV, and AVI. Listed below are descriptions of each format and links to download the respective players.
AVI: High-quality video format; uses less compression than similar formats such as .mpeg and .mov. .AVI files will play with DivX Player. DivX Player can be downloaded for free at www.divx.com. Note: A common problem experienced is when playing in another player, you may get sound without video or visa versa.
WMV: .WMV files (Windows Media Video) are video or audio files compressed with the Windows Media codec. You can download Windows Media Player for free here: www.microsoft.com.
MOV: .MOV files play with QuickTime Player. You can download QuickTime Player for free here: http://www.quicktime.com.
MPEG4/MP4/M4V: MPEG4 and MP4 and iPOD M4V files will play in QuickTime player. Open QT Player and go to Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences > File Types Tab. Under the MPEG dropdown, make sure MPEG4 file format is checked off and click ok. You can download QuickTime Player for free here: http://www.quicktime.com

What format are the photoset and videoset downloads?
All downloads (both photoset and videoset) are in ZIP format. Newer versions of Windows Explorer can open and extract ZIP files. If your version of Windows does not open ZIP files, you can use WinZip. WinZip is a commercial file archiver designed for Microsoft Windows users, developed by WinZip Computing (formerly known as Nico Mak Computing). It uses PKWARE's PKZIP format, and can also handle a number of other archive formats. It is a commercial product with a free evaluation version. How can I use the sets I purchased?
Purchased sets are for the personal enjoyment of the buyer. The buyer does not have any ownership or copyright interests in the sets. The buyer can not re-distribute, publish, license or share the set content whatsoever. Details of the buyer's responsibilities are found in the Terms of Service Agreement.

How do I embed set flash promo movies on other sites?
Just as on websites such as YouTube, MoxieJam allows users to share their favorite photosets and videosets on social networking websites such as MySpace and Facebook, as well as modeling-specific sites such as OneModelPlace, ModelMayhem and AllModelZone. MoxieJam encourages users to post their favorite set links on their MySpace page, personal website page or any other social networking site. Some of these set promo Flash movies may contain implied or explicit nudity, which would prevent users from posting that type of content on websites such as MySpace which do not allow nudity in any embedded flash videos. User accounts are subject to termination if it is determined that the user is posting content on sites which forbid the type of content being posted. MoxieJam expects its users to be good net-citizens.

What is copyright infringement?
Copyright infringement is the unauthorized use of material that is covered by a copyright law. Copyright law protects many created works such as paintings, sculpture, photographs, music, radio and TV broadcasts, and many industrial designs (most new cars, toys and electronics are protected industrial designs).

Are there images I can’t submit?
We would like to take all of your images, but unfortunately there are some kinds of images we cannot accept:
- Images, illustrations, or flash that you didn’t take or create yourself
- Images, illustrations, or flash containing objectionable content: graphic sexuality or offensive material
- Images containing personally identifying information (please remove these in an image-editing program before submitting)
- License plates
- Nametags or ID tags
- Names or phone numbers (uniforms, pet tags)
